VIETNAMESE SWEET
AND SOUR PORK
INGREDIENTS:
  1 jar (340g) WORLDFOODS Vietnamese Sweet and Sour Stir-Fry Sauce; 350g pork, sliced; 2 tablespoons cooking oil; 2 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, chopped.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Heat oil in a saucepan and stir-fry pork for 3 minutes.
2. Pour the stir-fry sauce into the saucepan and cook until pork is cooked, stirring occasionally.
3. Before serving, garnish with coriander leaves.
  Serves 2 - 4
