VIETNAMESE SWEET
AND SOUR PORK |
| INGREDIENTS: |

1 jar (340g) WORLDFOODS Vietnamese Sweet and Sour Stir-Fry Sauce; 350g pork, sliced; 2 tablespoons cooking oil; 2 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, chopped. |
| INSTRUCTIONS: |

Heat oil in a saucepan and stir-fry pork for 3 minutes. |

Pour the stir-fry sauce into the saucepan and cook until pork is cooked, stirring occasionally. |

Before serving, garnish with coriander leaves. |
