RED CHICKEN CURRY |
| INGREDIENTS: |

jar (340g) WORLDFOODS
Thai Red Curry Sauce; 2 tbsp Cooking Oil; 340g Boneless
Chicken, diced; 170g Canned Bamboo Shoots, rinsed and sliced;
Garnishing: 1 Red Chilli, sliced, 6 - 8 Basil Leaves,
6 - 8 Mint Leaves. |
| INSTRUCTIONS: |

Heat
the oil in a saucepan, add the chicken and cook until browned
on all sides. |

Next
add the bamboo shoots and curry sauce and simmer over low to
moderate heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. |

Before
serving, garnish with chilli, basil leaves and mint leaves. |
