THAI RED CHICKEN CURRY
INGREDIENTS:
 

1 jar (340g) WORLDFOODS Thai Red Curry Sauce; 2 tbsp Cooking Oil; 340g Boneless Chicken, diced; 170g Canned Bamboo Shoots, rinsed and sliced;
Garnishing: 1 Red Chilli, sliced, 6 - 8 Basil Leaves, 6 - 8 Mint Leaves.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
2. Next add the bamboo shoots and curry sauce and simmer over low to moderate heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Before serving, garnish with chilli, basil leaves and mint leaves.
